This is the short version. Real engagements get a real SOW before any work starts — this page just tells you what to expect, so you can decide if we're a fit before the first call.
engagement
Fixed-scope where it makes sense, time & materials where it doesn't. Agreed up front, in writing, before anyone touches a keyboard.
billing
Monthly invoicing, net-14. Milestone invoicing on longer builds if you prefer.
ownership
You own everything from day one — code, docs, deploy keys, repo history. No rented "agency platform" lock-in.
confidentiality
I'll sign your NDA. Or we use a simple mutual one I keep on file.
kill switch
Either side can end the engagement with 2 weeks' notice. Handover is included. No retainer trap.
subcontracting
I don't bring 'my team.' If a build genuinely needs another pair of hands, we agree on it together first.
what i don't do
Anything where the brief is 'just make it work and don't ask questions.' I ask questions.
